Slow network speeds

Speed is dependent on coverage, congestion, or prioritization of the local carrier. Data speed depends on the network signal, congestion, terrain and distance from the network tower in that area. Example, network speed is strong in metropolitan cities compared to area of desert / underground / mountainous area (low or no network signal).

If you are experiencing slow speeds:

• APN Settings – Setup your APN manually
• Supported Network – Select supported network manually from the list (preferably 4G/3G)

IMPORTANT NOTE: You may experience slow or no connection if 5G network is selected.
