Select Supported Network
Your eSIM will automatically connect to a supported network. Othewise:
For iOS devices
- Go to “Settings” > “Cellular/Mobile Data”.
- Select your eSIM under “Cellular/Mobile Data”.
- Select “Network Selection”.
- Disable “Automatic” option and then select a supported network from the list (preferably 4G/3G).
For Android devices
- Go to “Settings” > “Network & Internet”
- Select “eSIM”
- Under “Network” > Disable “Automatic select network”
- Select “Choose network” and select a supported network from the list (preferably 4G/3G).
IMPORTANT NOTE: You may experience slow or no connection if 5G network is selected.
