Turn on Data Roaming
For iOS devices
- Go to “Settings” > “Cellular/Mobile Data” > Turn on your eSIM > Back to the “Cellular/Mobile Data” to refresh
- At “Cellular/Mobile Data” > Select your eSIM > Turn on Data Roaming > Back to the “Cellular/Mobile Data” to refresh
- At “Cellular/Mobile Data” > Select Mobile Data > Select eSIM
For Android devices
- Go to “Settings” > “Connections” > “SIM Manager” > Turn on (eSIM) > Scroll bottom > “Mobile Data” > Select eSIM
- At “Connections” > “Mobile Network” > Turn on Data Roaming
For Pixel devices
- Go to “SIMs” > Select eSIM > Enable the “Use SIM” toggle, then tap “Yes”
- At eSIM > Enable the “Mobile data” toggle.
- At eSIM > Enable the “Roaming” toggle, then tap “OK”
IMPORTANT NOTE: Ensure “Data Roaming” for your Main Line is disabled to prevent accidental charges from your carrier.
