Compatibility check
- Apple Devices
- Go to “Settings” > “Cellular/Mobile Data” > “Add eSIM” is available
- Samsung Devices
- Go to “Settings” > “Connections” > “SIM Manager” > “Add eSIM” is available
- Pixel Devices
- Go to “Settings” > “Network & Internet” > “Mobile Network” > “Add carrier” is available under SIM Card
- Other Android Devices
- Dail *#06# and press call
- Device is eSIM supported if “EID” is available.
Devices not supported
Apple
- Carrier locked phones, Apple watches, iPhone XR or later models purchased in Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China.
- Go to “Settings” > “General” > “About” > SIM Lock Status [“No SIM restrictions” is required to be eSIM compatible]
- iPhone with 2 physical SIM cards slots.
Android
- Samsung
- Certain series models that originating from the USA, Canada, South Korea and Hong Kong.
- All Samsung S20 FE, S21 FE.
- Google Pixel
- Pixel 3 models originating from: Australia, Taiwan, and Japan; and those bought with service from any of the US or Canadian carriers other than Sprint and Google Fi.
- Pixel 3a bought in South East Asia and with Verizon service.
- Huawei
