Please check the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/frewie.com\/help\/update-esim-apn-settings\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"212\">APN is set according<\/a> to the information from your eSIM <a href=\"https:\/\/frewie.com\/help\/installations\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"121\">installation<\/a> page if required (all lower case and in one word)<\/li><li>You have remaining data on your eSIM: if you try to connect while there is no remaining data, you may encounter this error.<\/li><li>You are connected to the supported network as advised on your eSIM <a href=\"https:\/\/frewie.com\/help\/installations\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"121\">installation<\/a> page<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If the above steps do not help, please try resetting your network settings*:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Go to &#8220;Settings&#8221; > &#8220;General&#8221; > &#8220;Reset&#8221;<\/li><li>Select &#8220;Reset Network Settings&#8221;<\/li><li>Restart your device<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>IMPORTANT NOTE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Resetting network settings reset existing WiFi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Error: PDP Authentication Failure This error message is related to your settings or eSIM data\/validity.
