Select Supported Network<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Your eSIM will automatically connect to a supported network. Othewise:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For iOS devices<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
  1. Go to “Settings” > “Cellular\/Mobile Data”.<\/li>
  2. Select your eSIM under “Cellular\/Mobile Data”.<\/li>
  3. Select “Network Selection”.<\/li>
  4. Disable “Automatic” option and then select a supported network from the list (preferably 4G\/3G).<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    For Android devices<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
    1. Go to “Settings” > “Network & Internet”<\/li>
    2. Select “eSIM”<\/li>
    3. Under “Network” > Disable “Automatic select network”<\/li>
    4. Select “Choose network” and select a supported network from the list (preferably 4G\/3G).<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      IMPORTANT NOTE: You may experience slow or no connection if 5G network is selected.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
