Update eSIM APN Settings

For iOS devices

1. Go to “Settings” > “Cellular/Mobile Data”.
2. Enter APN provided in APN Field and leave the remaining blank. (All lower case without space).

For Android devices

1. Go to “Settings” > “Network & Internet”
2. Select “Mobile Networks” > Access Point Names
3. Select “+” or “Add”
4. Enter APN provided in APN Field and leave the remaining blank. (All lower case without space)
5. Select “Save”.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Personal Hotspots may be restricted by certain network.
